Terms of service
These terms explain the boundaries of Service Vaulthub's relocation guidance and the agreement formed when you commission it.
Acceptance and scope
By using this website or confirming a written proposal, you accept these terms. The website provides general information; a paid engagement begins only when scope, fee and timing are confirmed in writing. Service Vaulthub supplies educational and practical relocation guidance, not legal, immigration, tax, financial, insurance-brokerage or real-estate agency services.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate scheduling and household information, check official requirements that apply to your nationality, and make your own housing and administrative decisions. Do not send sensitive identity or health documents unless a secure and necessary method has been expressly agreed.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
Fees are stated in the proposal or on the relevant guidance page. Invoices are payable by their stated due date. Rescheduling, cancellation, deposits and refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Service Vaulthub owns this website and original guidance materials. After full payment, you may use a personal arrival map for your own household. You may not resell, publish or adapt it commercially without written permission. You retain ownership of information you supply.
Accuracy and third parties
Public procedures, fares, housing availability and appointment systems can change. We use reasonable care and identify source dates where appropriate, but do not guarantee a tenancy, appointment, permit, insurance decision, commute time or authority outcome. External links and third-party services remain under their providers’ control.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted, Service Vaulthub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed authority deadlines caused by information withheld by the client, or decisions made contrary to official advice. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. We may stop work for non-payment, abuse, unlawful requests or a conflict that prevents responsible guidance. Fees remain due for work already completed and committed non-recoverable costs.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes should first be raised at info@service-vaulthub.digital so the parties can seek a practical resolution. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved claims.
We may revise these terms prospectively. The version provided with a confirmed engagement governs that engagement.
