Controller and information collected

Service Vaulthub is the data controller for information submitted through this website or provided during an engagement. Contact: info@service-vaulthub.digital. We may process your name, contact details, move timing, office area, household needs, messages, consultation notes, invoices and correspondence. Please do not submit passport scans, bank records or health details through the contact form.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to answer enquiries, take steps toward a requested contract, deliver agreed guidance, keep accounting records, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Where required, we rely on consent for optional analytics or marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by limited providers supporting email, video calls, secure file storage, accounting or hosting, each used only as necessary. Because clients and providers may be in Germany, Thailand or other countries, data can cross borders. We use contractual safeguards and assess provider protections where an adequacy decision does not apply. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Client working records are normally retained for three years after the engagement; invoices and records required by law may be retained longer. Data is removed or anonymised when its purpose and required period end.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some rights have legal limits, including accounting and legal-claim retention. Email a clear request to info@service-vaulthub.digital. We may verify identity proportionately.

Security and cookies

We use access controls, limited collection and suitable provider settings, but no internet transmission is risk-free. The contact form in this demonstration posts to a static mock endpoint and should not be used for confidential material. Browser storage and cookie choices are described in the cookie policy.

This notice may be updated when practices or legal duties change. Material revisions will show a new effective date.
