Fees include German VAT where applicable. Pricing is per household of up to two adults moving together; a wider family situation may need a quote because school and childcare questions change the preparation.
What can change an estimate
We quote separately for employer-funded group orientations, several office locations, extensive written comparisons or an accelerated request requiring work outside ordinary hours. No additional work begins without written scope and fee agreement.
Payment details appear on the invoice. There is no checkout on this website and no recurring subscription. We never receive commissions from landlords, insurers or neighbourhood businesses.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule once without charge when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation terms, work already completed and refund timing are explained in the refund and cancellation policy. If you are unsure which format fits, send your timeline before booking.
