About Service Vaulthub

Relocation advice shaped by Frankfurt's ordinary details

We help international office workers turn a German job offer into a liveable arrival sequence—without pretending uncertainty can be removed.

Relocation adviser in a thoughtful client conversation

Why the practice began

Service Vaulthub grew from the gap between employer onboarding and actual settlement. A new colleague might receive a laptop and payroll form yet still be unsure whether temporary housing permits Anmeldung, which district offers a tolerable commute, or what order to tackle insurance and banking.

Our work is deliberately practical. We study current Frankfurt municipal information, transport connections and common rental terminology, then place those facts around the client’s job start and household. For people relocating from Thailand and elsewhere, we also make room for less visible adjustments: winter daylight, Sunday closures, direct workplace communication and the pace of written administration.

The person behind your plan

Elena Hartmann, relocation adviser, leads every consultation. Her background spans international employee support, cross-cultural orientation and residential arrival planning in the Rhine-Main region. She works in English and German and maintains clear professional boundaries: legal, immigration, tax and regulated financial questions are referred to qualified practitioners.

How we work

We prefer a smaller recommendation that explains its trade-offs over a long directory of links. Advice starts with a real office station, a real rent ceiling and an honest arrival date. Written notes distinguish confirmed facts, choices to make and matters that require official confirmation.

Three values guide the practice:

  • Specificity: transport lines, appointment dependencies and rental wording are more useful than generic encouragement.
  • Restraint: we do not collect identity scans or promise authority outcomes.
  • Respect: the person moving decides what makes a home; we illuminate constraints without ranking lifestyles.

Service Vaulthub serves clients remotely. Its administrative office is in Munich, while the work focuses on settling in Frankfurt and the surrounding Rhine-Main area.
